Strawberry - Milk Jelly Pudding

Strawberry - Milk Jelly Pudding

A simple treat for Valentine's days is the tender Strawberry and Milk Jelly Pudding. The creamy white soft pudding blends well with the fresh strawberry. This recipe contains no whipping cream but some milk, so if you allergic to this one, you  can substitute almond or soy milk for the cow milk.

* This Method needs no oven

3. Bring the jelly pudding out from the refrigerator, make sure it's set. Pour the red jelly part on another half of the cup.
4. Put the fresh/ canned strawberry on top, this step you don't need to refrigerate the pudding before adding strawberry, let them sink under the red jelly liquid.
5. Place the pudding back in the refrigerator. You can leave it there until the red part is set, once it's all done, serve and enjoy !

1. Do not let the milk over boiled, it will not set.
2. Let the mixture cool down a bit before refrigerate.
3. This jelly pudding could be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
